From local favourite tutors at Creative Craft Rendezvous events in Dongara and Pingelly (Toodyay look out for), our gatherings are always held in the comfort of indoor venues and feature a wide range of vendors offering a fantastic mix of new and pre-loved craft, art, and sewing supplies (de-stash).. Join us in one of our locations around WA with clearing out the cupboards of fabrics, sewing supplies, art and craft supplies you no longer use, make money to spend on a new hobby.

Each property clearance is different so we offer a variety of services to suit the situation be it a full service where we can sell the crafting and sewing items at our a destashes or online for a percentage of the sales, partial service where we can advise on pricing and what will sell but the family/friends have a stall at the destash and sell themselves or if the amount of items is smaller in nature, we can make an offer to buy the items. THE AIM OF THE CLEARANCE

Over the past year, we've seen a growing number of requests for help managing the clearance of craft and sewing rooms, especially after the passing of a loved one. While we have previously offered this support free of charge—rehoming items to prevent landfill—we are now formalising this service due to increased demand.

Our Property Clearance Service is specifically tailored for crafting and sewing items. Every property clearance is unique, so we offer a range of options to suit different needs:

Full Service – We manage the sale of all items at our destash events, taking a percentage of sales (25%). $300 plus GST (please see link for more info).

Partial Service – We assist with pricing advice, and the family or friends manage the sales themselves at one of our events. $150 plus GST (please see link for more info)

Our deceased estate service includes access to a trusted network of local NFPs, charities, organisations, and community groups, allowing donations to be handled with care, respect, and thoughtful consideration.
